Section 510
Offer deemed to be void
Offer shall be deemed void in any of the following circumstances :–
(a) If the proposer does not receive the notice that the proposer has accepted the proposal by a certain time, if the proposer does not receive the notification that the proposer has accepted the proposal by a certain time,
(b) If the proposed person does not give the notice of acceptance to the proposer within a reasonable time, if the time required to send the notice of acceptance is not mentioned in clause (a),
(c) If the proposer dies or is no longer at his residence before receiving acceptance after making the proposal,
(d) If the proposal is canceled in accordance with section 509,
(e) if the proposed person gives his consent, but if the proposer dies before obtaining his consent or if he is no longer at his residence,
(f) If the proposer sends a copy of the proposal in accordance with sub-section (5) of section 509,
(g) If the proposer has made a proposal in such a way that the proposed person has to fulfill any action or any condition before accepting the proposal, for accepting such action or condition without fulfilling such action or condition.
